What are you going to do?
- Must possess Organization skills that include the ability to successfully manage complex projects and rapidly evolving requirements.
- Understand the job profiles, shortlisting, sourcing, and contacting the candidates from different hiring platforms.
- Understanding how a software company operates.
- Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
- Understanding each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Keeping strong follow-up with the candidates on calls and emails.
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs.
- Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the company’s strategic planning.
- Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company.
- Supporting in joining formalities and ensuring proper filing of documents.
- Supporting the department in employee engagement activities.
- Should be good in target-based roles on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
- Work closely and effectively with all levels of management and staff to satisfy project requirements.
