Required Qualifications and Skills:-
- Sopra Steria is hiring Graduate fresher’s (Preferably Non tech Graduate’s)/Experienced candidates with good spoken & Verbal communication for International blended customer service role.
- BPS Customer Service / Customer Handling experience, Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), Excellent computer proficiency, Comfortable with 24/7 working environment / Comfortable with Flexible-offs
- Adept in MS Office (XL/Word)
- Should have cleared the Typing test with accuracy as detailed below:

- Ensure Sopra Steria is delivering a first class customer service through proactive communication & resolution to customer queries
