- Services support will take the responsibility to work like key Pillar of the Service Organization in supporting the Service Engineers, Implementing processes, and coordination with cross functions.

- Service contract creation
- Service billing
- Maintain good coordination with Commercial Operation team
- Coordinate with Field service team
- Service calls registration and updating in the system
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Yearly reports
- Document orders / invoices / reports
- New vendor registration
- Account receivables follow-ups with key customers
- Assist Head of Service
