1. Software Developer:
Requirements:
- Good Technical and Aptitude skills

2. Associate Product Manager
India Today is looking for folks with a strong technical background who excel at customer-centric product design. You will be adept at both working on customer problems in a metrics-driven environment as well as acting as an evangelist for your product.

Profile Description:-
- Own, develop, and execute product vision, strategy, and road map.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, product marketing, and research to build amazing experiences for the customers.
- Conduct market research to find out new market gaps for potential products as well as helps back all the potential changes advised to the engineering and design teams.
- Find out user stories to better understand customer needs.
- Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success metrics for the product
- Lead development of new features from concept to growth through the entire product development life cycle — from research to ideation and prototyping to measuring
- Continually iterate to ensure customer needs are met and that the product remains competitive.
- Manage pipeline of resources to ensure proper support and staffing for your product.
- Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insights, and experimentation to aid in decision making regarding feature improvements and new feature developments

3. Machine Learning Engineer

Profile Description:
- Build and enable Machine Learning and services to support major AI and Data Science use cases using Classical ML, NLP and Computer Vision.
- Manage the ML lifecycle, including data prep, training data generation, feature engineering, optimization, experimentation, reproducibility, deployment and end-to-end workflow management
- Enable ML and Deep Learning capabilities at a vast scale by using necessary systems, tools, technologies and integrations
- Help accelerate the velocity from idea to interference in production
- Contribute to capabilities around data programming, data augmentation (transformation function), active learning (slicing function) for training data, and transfer learning
- Engineer the de-bias, ethics, security and compliance aspects of ML pipelines, centralized feature store, model metastore, inference metrics store etc.
- Work with different stakeholders to identify data acquisition opportunities, create requirements, transform large volume data into AI-ready high quality relevant datasets
- Achieve quality ML data using a triad of people, processes & technology
- Identify, assess and implement 3rd party technologies that may complement India Today’s capabilities, and accelerate the advancement of critical features; maintain strong collaborative relationships with 3rd party technology providers
4. QA Engineer
Requirements:

Profile Description:
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automated test scripts
- Perform thorough functional, user, regression, database and load testing by both manually and automated suite as applicable.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Record all the observations and issues in Jira
- Maintain code repositories and version control in tools such as Github/Gitlab.
- Understand the solution sequence/architectural diagram and elaborate it to design REST API test scenarios, test cases and execute the same
- Perform cross-browser testing for websites
5. Data Analyst

Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
- Design SQL scripts to directly query and analyze internal and external data sources to package together clear, actionable findings
- Provide timely, valuable solutions for ad hoc analyses via SQL with a focus to detail on crafting scripts that can be easily manipulated to efficiently address similar future analyses
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Own the design of advanced analytics dashboards and KPI reports in our BI tool starting from requirements gathering across sales, product and senior leadership teams to the delivery of final, polished reports in production
- Grow to serve as the team’s subject matter expert for advanced analytics and report design, offering insights and suggestions on what potential problems the team should be solving
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams and support their analysis and data needs
- Be a data evangelist, working across the company to understand how our data outputs affect different groups and identify areas where our team can provide additional value
