- For Freshers: 2.5 LPA
- For experienced: Up to 4 LPA
Work Type:- Full Time
Target Batch:- 2018 to 2021 passouts
Eligibility Criteria:-
- 10th Score: Greater than or equal to 40%
- 12th Score: Greater than or equal to 40%
- Graduation Score: Greater than or equal to 40%
- Graduation Degree: In B. Tech / BE,BBA,B. Com,BSc,BCA,Bachelors of Business Management,B. Com (Honours),BA (Honours) or Post Graduation Degree: In MBA,PGDM
Work Experience:- 0 to 24 months
Skills Required:-
- Good Communication and articulation
- Basic information on Recruitment.
- Confidence in Speaking.
- Basic understanding of IT recruitment and Portals (Naukri, Monster, and Linkedin)
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Design and update job descriptions
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
