Required Qualifications & Skills:-
- Candidates with a minimum of 60% marks in academics starting 10th, 12th, Highest Degree can apply.
- Candidates with active backlogs in Graduation at the time of appearing for interview will be disqualified
- 2020 and 2021 Passout candidates
- Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, with the mindset of providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Should be able to multi-task: the ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously will be an important criterion for selection
- Ability to work independently and quickly learn operational support activities will be an advantage
- Should be a good team player who can work with people across locations
- A Positive attitude and good problem-solving abilities will be necessary to perform the job well
Under Graduate Qualification:-
- B .Com (Any Specialization)
- B.Sc (Any Specialization)
- BCA / BCM (Any Specialization)
- BE / B.Tech (Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Instrumentation, Information Technology)
- Minimum Marks 60% Graduation in 2020,2021 No Backlogs Accepted
PG Qualifications:-
- MCA (Computer)Minimum Marks 60% Post Graduation in 2021,2020 No Backlogs Accepted
*Note: Candidate should have either UG or PG qualifications
Minimum School Marks:
- Class XII Marks:60%
- Class X Marks:60%
Should be willing to work in:
- 24X7 L1 Production Support in any of the three rotational shifts ( Morning, Afternoon, Night)
- Should be willing to work on week days and weekends, based on the shifts allocated.
Other Benefits:- Night Shift and Conveyance allowance will be paid on per day basis over and above CTC
