Responsibilities
- Manage day to day transactions with accuracy and within turnaround time as agreed with the client
- Should have an eye for details and make a contextual decision based on insurance knowledge
- Should be able to communicate effectively with the client on day to day basis
- Should be able to drive continuous improvement in the process
- Manage MIS for internal and external stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in Tax
- Prior insurance experience would be preferred with sound insurance knowledge.
