- Ensure that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
- Generate simple reports and provide status updates
- Data collection from online resources and develop deliverables in various formats
- Format deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines and instructions
- Create deliverables and complete assigned tasks as per agreed SLAs

- Creates deliverables that adhere to the SOPs and templates and are error-free
- Performs self-review check of all deliverables before submitting to QC
- Owns the deliverable to ensure all deliverables meet the quality standards of CoAE
- Seeks feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance
- Shares and exchanges knowledge with team members and peers
- Helps fellow team members to ensure large deliverables are completed efficiently and with quality
