Job Location: Work From Home Until Covid Normalised ,after Bangalore HO and PAN India(across 75 offices)
CTC:–
For Direct Sales, 10 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
For Inside Sales, 8 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
Probation period of 2 months : 5 LPA (3 LPA Fixed + 2 LPA Variable)
Working Days:- Wednesday to Sunday (Week off: Monday and Tuesday)

Note- You will go through an 8 weeks Business Development training program, based on successful completion you will be promoted to become a full-fledge Business Development Associate-
Business Development Trainee – INR 5,00,000 CTC
(3 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable) – 8 weeks program
Business Development Associate – INR 10,00,000 CTC (7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
or INR 8,0,00,00 (5lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the training period with 23k as you fixed salary for the first three months. So if your not willing don’t apply.
